Engage. Learn. Grow. Together.
Family Business eXponential (FBX) is a member-led community created to meet the evolving needs of family enterprises. Unlike many organizations that focus only on senior leaders, FBX embraces the participation of all family members, across all generations. This inclusive approach fosters mutual understanding, learning, and alignment across the family enterprise system.
A Community Built on Shared Values
At FBX, we prioritize creating a safe, confidential, and respectful space where members can learn from each other's experiences. Our guiding principlesโmember-centricity, peer engagement, non-solicitation, and servant leadershipโshape a culture of trust and collaboration. Through curated programs such as Wisdom Circles, learning events, mentorship, and executive education, members are supported in both personal and professional growth. By joining FBX, you become part of a values-driven community committed to meaningful exchange and long-term impact for family enterprises.
Family Membership at FBX is designed for multi-generational, family-owned businesses where the principal family member is actively involved in the ownership and/or management of the organization. Membership is held in the name of the family business company, with individuals from the family and business nominated under this umbrella.
All members of the business family are encouraged to take part in FBX programs. This includes spouses, next generation family members, and C-suite non-family executives who are part of the family business leadership team. This approach supports shared learning and engagement across generations and roles.
FBX membership is renewed annually on July 1. Prorated pricing is available based on the month following application. Members contribute both international and local Chapter dues, with Chapter fees invoiced separately.
Access to FBX International and FBX Thailand Chapter.
